A grade word is not a specification. This page is how the lines we already publish are understood — what can be checked on a COA, and what we will not badge.
Unwashed pith still carries the salt the husk started with. Washed pith has had that salt reduced; the COA should name the extract method used to measure EC, because 1:1.5 and 1:5 are not the same number on the same lot. Buffered pith has had cations exchanged toward calcium and magnesium — a different job from a wash. We list those three as grades on the 5 kg block and as wash options on the briquette. We do not call unwashed “premium.”
Particle size on husk chips is a water curve, not a quality ladder: 0–15 mm, 8–15 mm, and 10–25 mm are the enquire set. Fines travel with the fraction and can seal a mix. Growbags are quoted as a named pith:chip mix for a named crop — tomato, strawberry/blueberry, or cucumber — not as sleeve art.

GSM is mass per square metre. It is not tensile strength and it is not “light versus strong.” The enquire set on the mat is 400 / 700 / 900. Stitch, fibre length, and the log at the toe do the rest of the work. Log diameter × length is a hydraulic choice — about 15–50 cm × 3–6 m as the published band — not a size upgrade. Durability years stay off the page until a mill will sign them.

COA per lot. Packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate per shipment. SGS or Intertek if the buyer requests them — we do not print those names as a membership. How a given lot is inspected is confirmed on the enquiry; this page does not invent a mill visit or a house laboratory.
Fibre grade and yarn runnage sit on the parent catalog. They are different tools from media and land works — not a third quality story.
